Secrets of Worsley

This is a fascinating and attractive area of Greater Manchester with international significance. The opening of the Bridgewater Canal in 1761 revolutionised infrastructure and was a key moment in the Industrial Revolution.

The Delph is beautiful, the Bridgewater Estate buildings charming, St Mark's church a Victorian wonder and we finish at the lovely Worsley Old Hall for refreshment if guests desire.
